At Volta school back in the Fall of 2018 I had one North American Indigenous student who was way into this residency. When it came to doing the comic page he showed up the last day with 3 pages completed. None of my other students in all the different classes ever wanted or needed to do more than one page. So all 3 pages are shown here. The next two images were all done by the same student.

Students created a story, planned out a sketch around their idea, redrew their sketch onto the finished page, and then add color pencil and black marker lines to complete their comic page.
Students had 6 sessions to create comic page.
