4th grade students were reading stories around the theme of journey.
Students interpreted and analyzed Walter Ellison’s painting The Train Station and explored how the artist communicated the theme journey.
Class as a whole then planned out a narrative about immigration to the United States of America.
Students working in teams of 2 then planned and created collages for different parts of the narrative artwork.
