6th grade students were studying about ancient Greek and Roman history in Social Study class and reading Greek myths.
Students explored the symbols used in Greek vase paintings to show journeys.
Each student designed and created scratch art drawing of a Greek or Roman journey myth on Greek vase shape.
Artwork shows Paris awarding golden apple to Aphrodite event leading to the journey of the Trojan War
